Nowadays, the high-altitude work platforms are designed more humanized, more precise, have higher technological content, and are more maneuverable while ensuring safety.
1. Pay attention to regular maintenance as the personnel need to enter the lift platform for work during maintenance. The lift must be hoisted to prevent the lift platform from suddenly dropping and causing casualties.
2. Check the lubrication and wear conditions of rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings, boom hinge shafts and bearings, etc., and be sure to add lubricating oil to extend the service life of the bearings.
3. Regularly check the battery capacity and charge it in time to prevent sudden power failure during the operation of the lift from causing casualties.
4. Pay attention to annual maintenance. Check the hydraulic and pipeline connection parts. If the pipeline is damaged, remember to replace it immediately. Tighten the pipe joint when the connection part is loose.
5. During the operation of the lift, the outriggers must be supported. It is strictly prohibited to shake the working platform vigorously.
6. Do not perform any live work on the working platform.
7. When the working pressure of the lift is too high or the sound is abnormal, stop the machine immediately for inspection to prevent the lift from being severely damaged.
8. Do not use the lift when the wind force is no more than level 5 or during thunderstorms.
